  • 1994-2000 studied law at the Chernihiv Law College Chernihiv/Ukraine
    Law degree National University Yaroslav the Wise Kharkiv/Ukraine Degree: Lawyer.  Specialist lawyer for court and criminal prosecution law.
  • 2000-2002 National University of Dnipropetrovsk/Ukraine: Master of Public Administration.
  • 2002-22 Public prosecutor at the public prosecutor's office of the regions of Kirovograd and Cherkassy/Ukraine.
  • 2015 spokeswoman for the public prosecutor's office of the Cherkassy region/Ukraine.
  • 2014 Opening of own art studio Cherkassy/Ukraine.
  • 2021 Opening of Art Gallery Cherkassy/Ukraine.
  • “24.02.2022 my life situation changed at the same time as millions of Ukrainians. A tactless and impolite day in the history of the neighboring people and tragic for us and our country.  Before that, I was full of plans and hopes.”
  • Working as a prosecutor in the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, Svitlana studied criminal cases and supported the state prosecution in them in courts.  For the last 7 years she has worked as a press secretary in the prosecutor of the Cherkassy region/Ukraine.  Until 28.02.2022 Svitlana was engaged in informing the activities of the prosecutor's office on the official website, preparing press releases and official information, holding briefings and press conferences in the prosecutor's office. 
  • Her main duties were cooperation with the media and the formation of the image of the prosecutor's office without prejudice, on the basis of fidelity to official duties, personal integrity, perseverance and consistency and objectivity.  In the context of numerous reforms, this was not at all easy.
  • Work for the soul and the second profession to which she has devoted all her free time since 2014 was oil painting.
  • Svitlana's passion is color.  "The colorful beauty of nature and my emotionally inspiring inner freedom in oil painting - with a spatula and impasto brush - have always beckoned me to live as an artist."
  • Outside of Ukraine, thanks to established contacts and trips abroad, Svitlana's paintings are in the collections of art connoisseurs in the USA, Israel, Norway and Germany. 
  • Already at the last stage, there was preparation for a big exhibition, which was planned and was to be held in Cherkassy/Ukraine on 12.03.2022.
  • 24.02.2022: War begins.
    The world has turned upside down for Svitlana.
  • “And now my life is divided into before and after.  The prosecutor's office announced an evacuation, handed out a prosecutor's uniform, a work book, and a personal file.  Immediately sirens, cellars and a solution: run.  Two days on the road.  Arrived in Cologne on 01.03.2022 - next to her daughter, who studies at the University of Siegen and has been studying  Economics of production and business since the end of last year.  Hope for a new life that is full of searching.  New country and new challenges”.
